3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

5. Credits and Billing

LucidRank operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are required to perform AI visibility audits
• Credits do not expire once purchased
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Pricing is subject to change with notice
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LucidRank and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LucidRank harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or other conduct that we believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits will remain in your account but the account will be deactivated.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
